The service operator’s legal identity and contact, hosting and recovery arrangements, and final legal review must be completed before accepting real business information.
1. The service and operator

2. Demo and account use
Public sample data is illustrative and does not describe an actual business. Do not rely on it for decisions. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, using an account you are authorized to create, and entering accurate records. Do not upload information you do not have the right to use.
3. Plans, trial, and billing
When subscriptions are enabled, the displayed plans are a 30-day trial followed by either ฿500 each month or ฿4,500 each year, depending on the plan selected. A payment method is collected through Stripe Checkout. If the account is not cancelled before the trial ends, the selected plan will renew and Stripe will charge its listed price. Annual billing renews yearly; monthly billing renews monthly.
Cancel through the billing portal before the next renewal to prevent a future renewal charge. Cancellation timing, refund rights, taxes, consumer disclosures, and any mandatory local law must be finalized by the service operator before billing is enabled. No charge is made by the local preview.
4. Your business records
You retain responsibility for your records and their accuracy. Ratiomerx calculations are based only on the values entered. Sales revenue, recorded costs, estimated operating profit, and marketplace payouts are separate measures. Ratiomerx is a recordkeeping aid, not accounting, tax, investment, or legal advice. Keep your own exports and source documents.
5. Availability and integrations
Features may depend on third-party services and their availability. CSV and, when enabled, Google Sheets product imports are one-time imports; later spreadsheet changes do not sync automatically. TikTok Shop, Shopee, and other marketplace synchronization are not active in this release and must not be represented as available until each provider connector is approved, configured, and tested.
6. Account deletion
You can export records before deleting your account. The account-deletion request cancels a recorded subscription and removes primary account workspace records, integration credentials, and app-managed backup objects. Stripe may retain customer, invoice, and transaction records under its own retention rules and applicable law. Copies in infrastructure provider backups may also persist for their configured retention period. Keep a separate backup before deletion if you need to retain your records.
7. Governing law and disputes
Applicable governing law: Not configured; demo service only. The competent courts or dispute process will be determined under that law. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes
We will update the terms when the service or legal requirements change. The effective date is shown above. Contact the operator using the address above with questions.
